From storing grain to storing knowledge - originally built as a granary, the Niedere Kornhaus today houses one of the most modern public libraries in Saxony.
A total of three and a half levels have been provided with spacious library areas, including comfortable reading areas, listening stations, a board games table, a console gaming area and much more.
